Florida's Department of Business and Professional Regulation requires that all Managers in a licensed food service operation become Certified Food Managers and that one must always be present in the operation when there are four or more employees on duty. What to expect when signing up with me!​

  • Certified Instructor and Proctored in-person classes

  • Comfortable classroom settings with access to restrooms

  • 8 hour instructed class with informative, detailed, and successful training (2 Hours for exam)

  • Online Exam and Proctored on site

  • Quick Pass or Fail response after test taking is complete

  • Ability to print certificate once exam is complete and labeled as PASS
